These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of CoinArena, including its website, app, tournaments, virtual coins, rewards and withdrawal features. By creating an account or using CoinArena, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Important: CoinArena describes certain tournaments as skill-based because player performance, game knowledge, strategy, reaction time, coordination and decision-making can affect results. Whether a particular game or contest is legally treated as a game of skill depends on its actual mechanics and the applicable law. This description is not a guarantee of legality in every location.
Use your own account and do not impersonate another person, sell or share accounts, submit false details, or create duplicate accounts to obtain an unfair advantage. Notify CoinArena through the available support channel if you suspect unauthorised access.
Where offered, tournaments are intended to reward player performance and skill. Results may depend on game knowledge, strategy, reaction time, coordination, decision-making and compliance with the published rules. Each tournament may have its own entry requirements, format, schedule, scoring, tie-breakers, prize details and cancellation rules. Read those details before joining. Participation does not guarantee a win, prize or profit.
CoinArena may correct clearly erroneous results, investigate suspected manipulation, or cancel or reschedule a tournament when reasonably necessary for integrity, technical failures, safety or legal compliance. Any material change will be communicated where reasonably possible.
You must not cheat, use bots or unauthorised scripts, collude with other players, manipulate match results, exploit bugs, falsify proof, abuse referrals or promotions, make fraudulent registrations, or interfere with the platform or other users. Suspected violations may be reviewed and can result in disqualification, withholding of disputed rewards while an investigation is conducted, feature restrictions or account suspension. We will seek to apply these measures reasonably and consistently.
Coins and other in-app balances are platform records whose use is determined by the relevant feature rules. Unless a specific feature expressly says otherwise, coins are not a bank deposit, do not earn interest and should not be treated as guaranteed cash value. Any displayed conversion rate, minimum withdrawal, fee, reward or redemption option is subject to the terms shown for that feature and may be changed prospectively where permitted by law. Do not assume that every coin balance is eligible for withdrawal.
CoinArena aims to pay approved and successfully processed eligible withdrawals as real-money payouts; this does not mean every request is automatically approved or that a request is complete before payment succeeds.
Any entry fee, charge, reward condition or third-party offer requirement should be displayed before you choose to participate. Third-party offerwalls, advertising providers and payment services may apply their own terms and privacy practices. CoinArena does not control every third-party service and cannot guarantee its uninterrupted availability. Do not complete an offer if you do not understand its requirements.
We may update, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, operational or legal reasons. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We will not use this section to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
CoinArena processes information needed to provide accounts, tournaments, support, reward administration, security and abuse prevention. Do not submit information that is not requested or needed. Never share your password, one-time passcode or account recovery link with anyone claiming to be support. This page summarises key terms and is not a substitute for a separate, complete Privacy Policy. Please review any privacy notice presented in the service.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, protect users or platform integrity, enforce tournament rules, or comply with law. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide information about the restriction and a way to contact support. Account closure does not erase obligations or rights that accrued before closure.
CoinArena is provided subject to applicable law. We do not guarantee tournament wins, uninterrupted access, or that every third-party offer or payment service will be available. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We may revise these terms as CoinArena changes or legal requirements evolve. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; if you disagree, stop using the affected service.
